Peru a lovely grey & white whippy lurcher who ended up in one of our Irish pounds last year.

Peru is a very happy and bubbly 20 month old whippy lurcher. She is 22 inches to her shoulder. Peru's tail is always wagging and she settled in very quick. She is very sociable with other dogs so I think she would be better with a companion . There is a bit of a Romeo Juliet going on in the kennels, she has cleared the kennel many times to jump into Ravi, another lurcher of ours. They now share a kennel as both just adore each other. Peru loves to play and is just more settled with a friend. She is very good on lead and is perfect with any size dog. The main requirement for her home would be a secure garden, she is incredibly agile so could get out of a low fenced area. She is also very reactive to cats. She is very affectionate and cuddly and she just wants to be everyone’s best friend. She’s definitely ready for her forever home ! Peru is house trained, travels well in a car. Peru is spayed, vaccinated including kennel cough, chipped and treated for parasites. Please note we are in North Cork and adopters must be willing to travel to our kennels to meet the dogs and if applicable bring their own dog with them.
