Description

Dottie is an active and fun hound pup who would love an active forever home.

Dottie is a wonderful girl who is seeking a suitable forever home. She is great with other dogs and would prefer a home with another active dog to play with. But its not essential. Dottie's is believed to be primarily harrier hound, though her mother was a beagle x hound mix, Dottie is quite large for only 4.5 months old so she is expected to grow to a large size. Dottie would be best in a home with no young kids currently, whilst she is offcourse friendly, she is a bouncy and strong pup who will knock over small kids etc. Dottie will require an active home, someone who has breed experience, or experience of other active breeds would be best suited. Do you like hiking and long sniffy walks? She not only likes physical exercise such as running and walking, but she also likes mental excercises such as learning new tricks, brain games, food despensing toys etc. In the right home she will continue to grow into a great girl. She has been working on her house training in her previous home, but still needs a little work. She is crate trained and currently sleeps in a crate at night time or for short periods of time during the day. She would need a home with company most of the day, as she is only a baby and wouldnt suit someone with long working hours. But its fine for a few hours alone at a time. Just keep in mind she is a very young pup so could still chew etc. due to teething. Through we havent had this issue so far. If you think you can offer her a secure, active and loving FOREVER home, please fill in an application.
