Reta is a wonderful girl who would just love a forever home.
Reta is a beautiful little lurcher, who would love her forever home.
She is dog and child friendly. She can live with another dog/s pending successful meet and greet.
Rita was house trained in her previous home, but may need a little refreshing when in a new home and routine.
She would prefer a home where someone is home most of the time, or she has another dog for company. As she is not used to being alone, she has always had another dog or human around. Reta came in to us very thin, but she is doing really well now. She does have an additional medical care, we can talk about it with any potential adopters. It doesnt currently require any additional care, but it does mean she often requires a course of steroids every few months or so.
She is a friendly girl who just loves cuddles and attention. She loves going for walks or zoomies, then spending the rest of day snoozing on the sofa.
She loves to be pampered, and currently goes to bed in her Pyjamas and loves to be tucked in under her blankets.
Reta can be anxious when it comes to meal times and doesnt like other dogs near her food, so we feed her in her crate, once she and the other dogs have eaten, she gets back out of her crate and spends the day playing with her doggy friends with no issues. She walks well on the lead so far. She is a good girl, who loves treats and learning new tricks. She just needs a forever home to help her reach her full potential.
