Cooper is a boy who was very much loved in his previous home. He was reluctantly surrendered to us due to a change in family's circumstances.
He is lively, energetic and inquisitive. He is super friendly, loveable and loyal. He loves belly rubs, really long walks, and a run around the beach.
He is the most loving, loyal and loveable wee dog, he is mad, so hyper and lively and full of beans, but he has a fantastic temperament and great with other people and children.
