Sky has been with us for almost 6 years, sadly we lost her best friend Storm 3 years ago 💔 She is quite a small malamute, she loves humans especially males 😉
Sky may be an older lady but you wouldn't know it to look at her, she is very fit and active. She had double cruciate repairs to her back legs soon after arrival at the Sanctuary... she had been almost unable to walk but our vet Peter did an amazing job and she was soon running about like a puppy! Sky was very bonded to her lifelong companion Storm who we sadly lost 3 years ago to cancer. We have tried her with other dogs but she is not keen. We know for a fact she does not like small dogs. She would love to be spoiled and treated like a queen in a quiet retirement home. Sky loves cuddles and belly rubs and is especially keen on the men, she is a real flirt! She is such a beautiful girl and easy to walk on the lead.
